Went snowboarding for the first time today. I feel like I caught on pretty quickly since understanding how to use the edge is a skill that seems to be transferable from skiing. alacrity, scribler, and I went up to Stevens Pass (my first time there too). It was a beautiful mountain and I was looking at some of the runs and craving my skis, but I stuck with the snowboard for the day and fell on my butt a lot and had fun. Then we got home late and were too exhausted to go out.

No pictures of me since I had the camera, but here are some of Damien and Monica.
